Vinectomy
Detroit-raised heiress of Slavic witch fairies, Vinectomy is a multimedia artist, event and music producer, as well as a vocalist who brings an infusion of ethereal, ambient elektronika to Philadelphia. Vinectomy is a philosophy centered on the divine exploration of Slavic mysticism, infused with femininity and a political intent to decenter patriarchal tendencies. V has played integral roles in the queer fairy-elf landscapes of Eastern Europe and North America, with their current influence in Philadelphia. Whether it’s their club-going spirit on the dance floor or their curation of musical sound, expect a beautiful melancholia of wonder nonetheless. Their ominous aura transports music lovers from quiescent moods to an invigorating sensation of oscillating momentum.
