2025 Artists

SHUGAZI is the artist project of Philadelphia-based club chameleon Justin Leggett. His high energy tracks and sets shift from hard-edged percussive beats to floating pulses and ethereal sounds at a breakbeat pace. His bold approach pulls from decades of dance music, with a current focus on East Coast Club, old school Electro and the brighter sides of Bass music. He is the creator and curator of High Beam, an immersive, technology-forward party cultivated in DIY spaces around Philly, pulling in national touring artists and putting Philly's best to the forefront. His work as a projectionist, lighting designer, sound tech, videographer and designer has lead him to work with countless artists, collectives and clubs throughout the city.
