Eva J’s love of electronic music started in the 90s, while she was still a kid. Growing up on the sounds of Motown, Disco, R&B, and early house, moving to Crystal Waters in dance class, she then discovered the Strictly Rythym Label and the rest was history. While most kids were listening to alt rock, Eva J was exploring Aphex Twin and sneaking into Philly parties where she could hear the electronic underground sounds that only the diehard house music lovers knew. Dancing and digging through life, Eva J recently decided to take to the decks and has discovered a new love curating sound journeys. Otherwise, you can find her producing ambient music, and on the dance floor supporting her favorite Philly djs.
