Callaia is a Philly-based DJ and organizer who brings a playful sensibility to her track selection, weaving house, club, pop, and electronica in ways that are warm, kinetic, and don't take themselves too seriously. She's the creator of Melt, a sapphic- and trans-forward dance party built around connection and embodiment, as well as Queer Dance Philly, an online resource for queer nightlife in the city. She brings that same curiosity for new connection to her sets, where she often seeks to gracefully bridge the gaps between the familiar and the unexpected.
