CAIYA is a DJ, multimedia artist, and event organizer from Philadelphia. As both a selector and a producer, CAIYA seeks to weave a worldwide tapestry of sound throughout his sets. CAIYA celebrates local east coast club rhythms by drenching classic beat patterns in with percussion forward tracks that span across the global underground. Beyond the booth, CAIYA organizes and curates Philadelphia’s WEATHERPROOF event series and creates mixed media animated visuals for shows across the Philadelphia electronic scene.
