As one half of Philadelphia event series Refresh, DJ and producer angel jelly helps to bring the unsung heroes of experimental electronic music to the city. In her own sets, you’ll hear blends of 2000s pop remixes, 2010s EDM, and plenty of tracks from her and her peers in the online hyperpop community. Over the past few years DJing and performing in Philadelphia, she’s become a staple of the local hyperpop community, and the passion she carries for the genre is clear.
